Plants with green leafs are essential in the detoxification process and help at the purification of the organism. Dr. Robert Morse in his book ” The detox miracle sourcebook” recommends some combinations of aliments to get the best results. In this post I wanted to use one of his combinations to create a healthy and accessible salad. The combination is: carrots, red cabbage and parsley. The recipe is easy, the preparation time is only 15 minutes and is very healthy. The salad can be eaten at any time of the day and can replace a meal.
This way you can have your daily ratio of vitamins and minerals with low calories cost. ^^
5 Ingredient salad
8 leafs of salad washed and dried
4 leafs of red cabbage
1/2 an onion
one greek yoghurt
2 leafs of parsley
Try to avoid using different commercial salad sauces even if are delicious because it can affect your health and silhouette.
If you can’t help it try to replace them with decreased mayonnaise, cream, yoghurt, mustard and vinegar in combination with different ingredients as a dressing.
